Machining

• Engine Lathe – (7) engine lathes up to 72” x 10’ Capacity. Several with taper attachments and threading capabilities
• Horizontal Boring Mill – (2) 5” boring mills with travel capacities of 72” horizontal and 68” Vertical. Both with large tables for heavy loads.
• Milling Machines -(3) Mills with up to 4′ travel capacity
• Key cutters – Internal Key cutting up to 3” x 24”  on several machines
• Drills – (1) 4’ American Radial Drill and (1) 9’ American Radials drill. Vertical Boring Mill
• Vertical Lathes – (1) 42” x 36” Bullard Vertical lathe , (1) Ohio 110” x 48” Vertical Lathe

We have the ability to machine any size hole, slot, or key in any configuration per customer specifications.

Welding

• (5) 250 – 400 amp mig welding units
• (1) 250 amp Helliarc unit

• (1) Lincoln 400 amp Portable Diesel machine
• (2) Track torches

Vendors! Grant machine can handle any kind of Welding requirements. Our welders are certified and can follow all customer weld specifications. Welding Cast Iron, Ni99, Stainless, Aluminum, and carbon steel are tasks that are preformed daily by skilled tradesmen.

Equipment Repair

• Ability to remanufacture or repair most housing, pivot joints, connection holes and more in a variety of equipment
• Presses – Several with 200 Ton wheel press being the largest and a 50-ton Pipe straighter
• Equipment Break down and assembly of OEM equipment – Turntables, Trunion roll assemblies, Bearing assemblies and more

Grant Machine has qualified engineer with 15+ years experience in the equipment and fabrication industries . Ability to analize problems , predict stess points, modify weldments for longer life, reverse engineer any equipment, design special projects, produce detailed fabrication drawings.
